At Lūce & Co. we are committed to the health and safety of our clients, our team and the community by following strict government guidelines. We will continue to operate throughout 2021 where possible under industry restrictions. Please read our tailored information on how we are implementing safety practices at our workplaces.

Face Masks
According to Victorian regulations Face masks are mandatory in indoor spaces.
We require everyone coming through for the indoor studio session to wear a mask right up until you are to be photographed (except children under the age of 12) and you must put your mask back on after your photo session. If you forget your mask we will be providing disposable masks upon entry. All members of our team will be wearing a masks.
Hygiene
Hand sanitiser will be available for your use at the entrance, various spots throughout the studio and at the photo viewing stations.
In between sessions we will be thoroughly sanitising studio props and door handles.
Where possible we will have windows and doors open for sufficient air flow. We will endeavour to keep the space a comfortable temperature but in cooler the winter months for before and after or while you are waiting your turn please bring along a warm coat.
Physical Distancing
We request that all bookings arrive on time to avoid groups gathering while waiting. While you are waiting for your session time we ask that you please wait outside if the studio is still in use.
Some people prefer studio over outside and we definitely provide both options but while some Covid restrictions are in place we will be encouraging outdoor photos.
YOUR HEALTH
If you or anyone in your household has a flu like symptoms 14 days prior to your session,
please do not attend the event, you will need to cancel your booking.
Alternatively, if any member of our team or someone in our households become sick,
we will need to use alternative staff or reschedule.
In the event that rescheduling is not possible for either parties we will provide full refunds
of your fundraising donation that was made prior to the event.
In the event that our viewing consultant is unwell we will offer the viewing online a couple of days after the shoot.
