Our photoshoot fundraiser day is a fun and easy way to generate funds for your school or kinder. With minimal effort from you, we do all the hard work.
We offer both styled studio photoshoots or outdoor natural portraits, each of which is photographed and viewed on the same day, all on premise of your organisation, but managed completely by us from start to finish. How easy is that.
We have incredible fundraising incentives and cash bonus so you make the most of this fantastic opportunity.
FUNDRAISING
- $20 per booking, yours to keep
- Commission on every "All digital package" purchased on the day.
- Cash bonus for fully booked out days
- Receive your funds within 7 days of the shoot day
- Portraits received within 3 weeks of shoot day
How Does it work?
- Book in a date with us
- We will send you an info kit
- Families will book and pay online - no fuss for you
- You can choose either Indoor studio or Outdoor portrait days
- We just ask for you to open up your organisation on the day
- Families booked in will have a 20 min portrait session then a 15 min viewing of their images immediately after the shoot
- Families have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits and packages during their viewing session but they are under no obligation or pressure to purchase anything extra at all
- You will receive additional cash backs for packages purchased on the day
- All print orders are sent back to the organisation within 3 weeks
FAQ'S
What if it rains? No problem, we have a portable studio ready to set up and a keen eye for the rain radar.
Indoor Studio or Outdoor Portrait day? What would you prefer? We are here to discuss your best option which may depend on your space, location and the weather.
Which image is the fundraising print? Any Image in your session it does not have to be the family.
Can families request extra shots? We take a wide range of shots with lots of different combinations, we promise there will be plenty to choose from. You can purchase extra images and prints during your viewing session after the shoot.
Can i bring my dog? Yes to any Outdoor session pets are allowed and very much welcomed... we are unable to offer this in studio though.
